Multitasking is an Illusion!

No, do not take my word for this! Instead watch this 7-minute video presentation by Daniel Levitin. He is a neuroscientist. His research indicates that our brains work on only one task(thought?) at a time. The rapid switching of tasks by the brain only creates an illusion of multitasking. Not only that; ‘single tasking’ or more focused work on one task is more effective and efficient.
