PFASs and Our Lax Chemicals Regulation Efforts

In his NYT column titled ‘The Chemicals in Your Popcorn’,  Nicholas Kristof has written about  the generally lax chemicals regulations in the US and the risks they continually and routinely pose to our health and environment. The chemical industry does its best, including confusion, to delay and or avoid necessary regulations. But that should not surprise anyone.

Unfortunately, besides avoiding such products and not buying them, I do not have any effective solutions to offer for this problem.:(
